- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated at all. We give a price and stand by it. We will let you see the material cost, because we have nothing to hide. If materials go back the rebate goes back to you. We hide nothing and will break it down however you want to see it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet somewhere to find what needs they have, and make sure we can meet their needs and stay in budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am continuously going to all manufacturers and updating what I need to know from them. I have certificates on hand if needed.
