The remainder of your fees are then paid through your Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Plan of reorganization after your case has been filed. This means that if you are filing to save a house or a car, we will get paid right alongside your other creditors. Mortgage Loan Modification and Debt Settlement Fees Attorney fees for mortgage loan modification or debt settlement are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Most times, one person’s situation is substantially different from the next person. We like to hear all of the facts before we give you the best, lowest quote possible. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The potential client typically calls the office looking for information. They then choose to hold a free phone or in-office consultation. During the initial consultation, we discuss the issues concerning the potential client and identify solutions to address the client's problems. From there, we schedule another appointment to implement that solution.

I have assisted clients in over a thousand bankruptcies. I am barred in Indiana, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida.
