Introduction: My work is very personalized. I'm here for the customer and ensuring their satisfaction is always my top priority. I've always love computers. Working on them, taking them apart, figuring out how they function. It's a big puzzle to me. So when you finally get something to work properly, you have a great sense of accomplishment.
