- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on number of pets, length of stay, and on holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a meet and greet before most prospective bookings to make sure the owner, their pet, and I are all a good fit for one another, as well as, to get as much information about how to properly care for their pets as I can. Sometimes this isn’t possible and I am very flexible to whatever the owners needs are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had pets all my life and in my free time I research all kinds of things about dog nutrition, dog training, etc. I’ve been doing this full-time since January 2019. I’m also pet CPR certified.
