- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $50/hour with a 3-hour minimum, plus materials if needed. Every project is different, so I always discuss details up front and make sure there are no hidden fees. Clear, fair pricing and good communication are my priorities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer to share photos or a short description of the project. Then, I provide an estimate and explain the process step by step, so there are no surprises. Once we agree on the plan, I make sure the work is done efficiently, neatly, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in home repair, remodeling, and painting for 10 years, learning from hands-on experience and professional tradespeople. I also stay up to date with new tools, materials, and safety techniques to make sure every job is done right and safely.
