Adam made the process of getting a new roof on our house about as easy as it couldve been. Once I filed a claim with our insurance company and gave him the claim number he handled The insurance process for us. The crew that come out and put our roof on did a very good job and the cleanup after the job was also very good. As a former roofing contractor, the cleanup in my opinion is one of the most important processes of putting a new roof on your home. I would highly recommend Storm Guard and Adam

RESPECTFUL, THOROUGH, COMMUNICATIVE!I called Wes Nickens at Storm Guard based on the recommendation of my friend and neighbor Ann in Santa Claus. Her recommendation was based on a roof replacement and other repairs for family and nearby neighbors. All were impressed by the quality service they received.Our issue was a water leak that we feared would involve roof, wall and/or floor repair, but after a thorough examination of the leak site, Wes saw that it was a very minor issue and did the repair on the spot.Wes took his time, explained everything, and did a further examination at our request, of our roof, gutters and siding. He took pix of 2 or 3 other minor issues and did repairs as needed.Instead of overcharging us for the work, as so often happens, Wes insisted it was all part of Storm Guard's initial inspection policy and refused to accept any payment at all for the hour he was here.We will definitely reach out to Storm Guard again if the need arises, and feel confident recommending that others do the same!.
