Nick gave me a detailed estimate and helpfully broke down major costs as I requested so I knew how much allowance I had for tub, vanities, etc. if I wanted to spend extra. He communicated frequently, told me when he ran into unforseen problems, and sent updated costs when requested. The overall cost for all the work was reasonable compared to online research I did on averages. Importantly, he and RJ worked quickly so I wasn't displaced for long, and he was able to fit in additional last-minute flooring and stairs work that I requested in just 2 extra days. Finally, they were friendly and not condescending, and I felt I could trust them with my spare key when I could not be here a couple of days during the work. Overall a positive experience and I would hire again for minor or major work."See more

He then laid the thinset and secured the tile. Two days later he came back to run the caulk and the project was done. The broken tile under our toilet is now repaired and the toilet is on firm footing once again."See more
