They screened in our covered front porch, but no detail was too small! Eric is great with communication and his bid was right in line with what we budgeted. Joe, Sage and even Rachel were great at communicating and worked hard while here, but were also really personable. Joe was here every day (including Saturdays) to make sure everything was right - he started on a couple spots and didn't like how they looked so he tore it out and started over to make it excellent. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen. They were tidy and respectful and not intrusive, but now feel like part of the family. It turned out WAY better than I hoped. If you don't call them, you are missing out. Photos are before (we did the deck seal before they came), during and after. It honestly looks like it was always part of the house! Thank you to Eric and his staff!

Sage arrived and got right to work on our baseboard repair project. Sanded, painted and reattached our baseboards in lower level after a water heater leak. He took his time to carefully renew each piece of baseboard and caulking was straight and professional, it looked brand new when he finished the job. I will ask for him again for future projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by coming out in person to do a free estimate. This gives us a chance to meet you, see the project firsthand, and make sure we are all on the same page. After the visit, we will write up the estimate and email it over to you for approval. If everything looks good, we will collect any needed material deposit, and then get your project scheduled at the earliest fitting time. Our goal is to make the process comfortable, clear, and easy from start to finish.
