This was my first time using the services of Handyman Connection of Fishers. Overall it was a positive experience and I will definitely use them again for future projects. The flexibility to get multiple types of jobs completed at once was great. I used them for pressure washing my house siding, fixing part of my porch, and adding a new gate in my chain-link fence. They also removed an invasive vine that had begun growing up the side of the house. Everyone was responsive and delays were communicated for the most part. Clear expectations were set from the beginning. The work was completed timely and done well. There was clear ownership of both the work and any small issues that were encountered. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of these types of services.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start by coming out in person to do a free estimate. This gives us a chance to meet you, see the project firsthand, and make sure we are all on the same page. After the visit, we will write up the estimate and email it over to you for approval. If everything looks good, we will collect any needed material deposit, and then get your project scheduled at the earliest fitting time. Our goal is to make the process comfortable, clear, and easy from start to finish.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    No question is a wrong question! Help us to make sure we are on the same page before getting started. We love to see customers happy with our craftsmanship!
