Handyman Connection sent out a very knowledgeable and detailed oriented handyman named Joe. He went straight to work and was finished in a lot less time then I thought it would take. We will ask for him if and when we need other work done in the future.

They screened in our covered front porch, but no detail was too small! Eric is great with communication and his bid was right in line with what we budgeted. Joe, Sage and even Rachel were great at communicating and worked hard while here, but were also really personable. Joe was here every day (including Saturdays) to make sure everything was right - he started on a couple spots and didn't like how they looked so he tore it out and started over to make it excellent. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen. They were tidy and respectful and not intrusive, but now feel like part of the family. It turned out WAY better than I hoped. If you don't call them, you are missing out. Photos are before (we did the deck seal before they came), during and after. It honestly looks like it was always part of the house! Thank you to Eric and his staff!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by coming out in person to do a free estimate. This gives us a chance to meet you, see the project firsthand, and make sure we are all on the same page. After the visit, we will write up the estimate and email it over to you for approval. If everything looks good, we will collect any needed material deposit, and then get your project scheduled at the earliest fitting time. Our goal is to make the process comfortable, clear, and easy from start to finish.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
No question is a wrong question! Help us to make sure we are on the same page before getting started. We love to see customers happy with our craftsmanship!
