- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am happy to work with my customers to provide services that are economical. I work within the framework of an hourly rate but also offer flat rate services depending on the need or situation such as, one time clean, move-in or out clean or deep clean, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customer to get a feel for what is important to them and then work to craft a cleaning service plan that will meet their needs and time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained and work under commercial cleaning services for over 3 years prior to starting my own service.
