Joel removed cobwebs from ceilings, wall corners, ceiling lights; High and low dusting including above kitchen cabinets and baseboards/ledges; Kitchen including microwave, refrigerator top, cabinet fronts, all back-splash area tile, appliances; Bathroom including magic eraser and wipe down of wainscoting and baseboards/ledges, inner and outer glass of tall brown cabinet; Vacuumed couch and love seat, all floors, rugs, stairway and stairway lower room floor, Mopped all floors including lower stairway room floor.

Joel did a deep clean of our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home and I am so pleased! We've hired him to come back about every 4 or 5 weeks, he is very flexible so we plan to work it out after each visit. The house looks great and I don't think the entire house has been this clean all at once! He even put pillows, blankets, trinket type things back in a more pretty way than I originally had them displayed. So happy with his service!!

From the first meeting to discuss our plan for cleaning, I felt very confident that I had made a good choice. Joel had done a deep cleaning initially and now is doing a few hours a week to do basics and maintenance. He has been thorough, dependable and trustworthy. He is also very approachable when you need to communicate.

This is the first time I've ever hired someone to clean. I could not be more satisfied and elated. He was through and professional. I honestly felt like I was in the wrong house, after he was done. I highly recommend him to do your cleaning. It's a shame there are only 5 stars for rating.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am happy to work with my customers to provide services that are economical. I work within the framework of an hourly rate but also offer flat rate services depending on the need or situation such as, one time clean, move-in or out clean or deep clean, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customer to get a feel for what is important to them and then work to craft a cleaning service plan that will meet their needs and time frame.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained and work under commercial cleaning services for over 3 years prior to starting my own service.
