- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see a couple of pictures of that person beforehand so I can get a glimpse of their makeup style, facial features and skin tone so I can create a look and be prepared for my appointment. I also want to know as much as I can about the event that my costumer is attending so I can create the appropriate look for it. I also love when clients send me pictures of looks they like so I can visualize what they’re expecting from my job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of fashion design college education as well as a professional makeup artist certificate from QC Makeup Academy
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always had a passion for art and makeup is just an extension of it. I love the feeling of making people’s faces light up when they see themselves with makeup on and feel more confident
