- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two coaching options depending on your goals and how hands-on you want the process to be. Online coaching for full structure, accountability, and flexibility, or In-person training for more direct coaching at my location or a location that works for you. **MONTHLY ONLINE COACHING** : $250/month** -Fully customized workout program -Program adjustments as progress changes -Weekly check-ins and accountability -Messaging support for questions -Progress tracking and feedback **IN PERSON TRAINING** - Proper form coaching and real-time corrections - Progressive training plan - Accountability and consistency built into each session - Goal-specific training plan (fat loss, strength, muscle, Athletic performance) - 2x/week=$450/month - 3x/week= $650/month
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client begins with a goal assessment and training consultation where we discuss your objectives, training history, and the resources you have available. This allows me to fully understand your situation and recommend the most effective approach for your goals. (20-30 minutes). During this process, I also take time to build rapport and ensure we’re a good fit to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My foundation in training comes from personal experience and years of studying strength training and human performance. Growing up I was one of the smallest and least naturally athletic players on my team, which forced me to become very intentional about how I trained. I spent years learning how the body adapts to strength training, conditioning, and athletic development. That process developed a deep interest in how the body responds to structured training, which now shapes how I design programs to help clients build strength & improve fitness.
