Introduction: I approach my real estate business with this goal: to give my clients the kind of home buying/selling experience that I would want for myself. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are purchasing a home, there is no cost to you. If you are selling a home, the standard rate in the industry is 6%. I will be happy to discuss this with you further.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will sit down with you and have a conversation about your wants and needs for you new home. That way, I will have a better understanding of exactly what you are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides having my Indiana Real Estate license, I also have a Bachelors and Masters degree with a background in education. I have a specialization, RCS-D, which stands for Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce. I encourage clients to "Keep the house for the Right Reasons" and don't base it on emotional decision. I also participate in continuing education.
