- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally our pricing is on a time and materials basis. We do offer fixed price services and contracted discounts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For business clients we almost always start with a free initial consultation either in person or over the phone depending on the need and availability. Many of our new customers come to us when they are in need of immediate service so we try to make ourselves available the same or next day for emergency situations
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a variety of customers ranging from individuals to medium size businesses (100+ employees)
