we charge 149.50 per hour. we have no higher overtime charges NO higher week end rates
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our normal process is after call comes in one of our 3 journeyman plumbers call to get a better idea of what is going on so we can adjust our schedules together for the best time to come and Repair your problem. NO WATER OR NO USE OF FACILITIES WILL ALWAYS GET A PRIORITY OVER OTHERS ESPECIALLY IF THERES CHILDREN OR DISABLED.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ALL JOURNEY MAN PLUMBERS ARE UP TO DATE WITH ALL STATE AND LOCAL CODES. WE ALL HAVE BEEN THROUGH SCHOOL TRAINING FOR ANY AND ALL PLUMBING SYSTEMS WE ALL HAVE BEEN THROUGH RHEEM WATER HEATER TECHNICAL TRAINING. BEING THE OWNER I DEMAND GREAT QUALITY SERVICE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS
