We try and be flexible within the budget of our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We open a dialogue and try and ascertain the needs of the client. We walk them through the whole process and try and be as open as possible throughout the process. We want our clients to be comfortable and confident that they'll receive a stellar product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Open Sign professionals have been rigorously trained to deliver the highest quality content on every project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Open Sign was founded by three friends in 2006. Since those early years, Open Sign Productions (now Incorporated) has produced over Four Feature Films, 30+ Short Films, multiple celebrity interviews, sponsored numerous events, and worked with local communities to help promote filmmaking in the region.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients range from businesses, filmmakers, musicians, non-profits, weddings, events, and more.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We take pride in all of our projects and treat them as such. Length of time depends on the project. Weddings can take up to 6 weeks to get the video out. Other types of work will vary depending on the demands of the project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at previous work. Its the best indicator of you're going to get from the provider.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
They should try and have a good idea of what they're looking for and what they're trying to achieve. Even without that, though, we'll help our clients achieve the best possible outcome even if they're unsure of what direction to go in.
