I never stop learning. I am always taking classes and watching tutorials to keep me abreast on what's current and most efficient.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started volunteering to cater events for local organizations and fell in love with it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to be thorough and specific. Relay every detail of every aspect of your event to the caterer. Too much information is better than lack of information.
