I had a great experience with RIA from start to finish. The software they use for their work, communication, and progress was very helpful. It made the process easy for us as we were able to see progress photos and the communication was everyday. Highly recommend.

We recently had clear plastic panels installed on our pergola roof, replacing the ones lost to wind damage. The crew was responsive and professional throughout the whole process, and they left everything clean when they were done. Wed highly recommend them!

Damon came out and provided a very fair and honest estimate for my project. He took the time to clearly explain the scope of work, answered all of my questions, and communicated everything in a straightforward and professional way. I really appreciated how transparent he was throughout the process.Although I ultimately went in a different direction, I had a great experience working with him and would absolutely recommend reaching out to Damon if youre looking for someone knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with.

Ive been working with Damon for a couple of weeks on what I want to do to my new to me 1940s house. He has been extremely patient and kind and supportive as I change my mind almost every week. And I was over the top impressed when his company came out to take measurements and to talk about my dream for the backyard. I was asked so many insightful questions so they could get an idea of how to make my dream a reality. I cant imagine working with anyone else.
RIA Construction's reply
