- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically the more people in a party then I will work something out with you with my rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is I will ask you the occasion, style, theme etc. I will ask you what you are wearing and what your preferences are for makeup or hair style. I will ask you your vision and how you would like to look. I will then set up an appointment for a trial if you request it to kind of get an idea of what you will look like. Then I will take before and after pictures for you to see how perfect you look.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many brides and bridesmaids. I have worked with many people for prom, winter formal, parties, and other special occasions. Most of my clients will explain to me their vision and I will bring it to life. I will also let you know my recommendations if you don’t know what you want or if something can not be accomplished.
