- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and always discussed upfront. I don’t believe in hidden fees or surprise add-ons. If additional work is needed, I explain it before moving forward. I also offer bundle rates for multiple tasks and strive to find cost-effective options whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer’s needs and asking any important questions to make sure I fully understand the project. From there, I explain the options, give clear pricing, and walk them through what to expect. I always keep communication open during the job, check in as I go, and make sure the customer is completely happy before I pack up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of hands-on experience in home repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and organization. While I don’t hold formal licenses or classroom training, my skills come from real-world work, continuous learning, and completing a wide variety of projects over the years. I rely on practical knowledge, attention to detail, and proven results to get the job done right. And ADHD and OCD makes sure it’s perfect
