Introduction

I charge lower rates than most places and still perform outstanding results . I am a detail oriented person who always double checks his work and I am not satisfied until the job is 100 percent complete. I am out to make the customer happy. I enjoy the challenge of fixing computers and also helping people. Also, I enjoy educating people on some of the basics of computers on certain tasks they can perform to maintain their computers to keep them running at or near peak performance which can help save them money.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems I recieved from Indiana Tech. I also passed the CompTia A+ certification exam. I have fixed both laptops and desktop systems. I replaced laptop screens, hard drives, keyboard/mouse and motherboards. On desktops I have done memory upgrades, system recoveries, system cleaning, operating system repairs and upgrades. I have also bulit desktop systems.
