Unreliable. Only used P&M twice and both times the owner had issues with 'his guy' showing up; I admit he was forthcoming about the issues, but his original commitment was not fulfilled.

we work out the issues and we have fix them it will never happen again so that said me and guy s that helped will always help me and the bussiness will do the best job and be better on time
