She was amazing!! She power washed our large patio, poly furniture, gazebo and back of house. Everything looks like new. Beautiful. She was professional but friendly. Worked hard. Very detailed. I would definitely use her again!

I highly recommend Brandy! My landscaping beds had not been weeded since they were installed last year, and they had become so overgrown that going into my yard was giving me anxiety. Brandy completely transformed them and made them look brand new. She pulled all the weeds, raked the mulch, and even applied a pre-emergent weed treatment.
The job was more extensive than either of us expected and took about six hours. Brandy came back to finish everything and made sure the job was done right. She was easy to communicate with, dependable, and arrived when she said she would. She was even willing to work in 95-degree heat, although I asked her to wait and reschedule for a cooler day.
Brandy also gave me helpful advice for preventing thistle from spreading into my yard. She did an amazing job, and the results were absolutely worth it. I will definitely use her again!

I would choose all 5 categories. She was great! She did the job while I was vacation and only expected payment after I approved of the job and when I was back. I am definitely hiring her again.

I can't say enough good things about Offload Express. My yard was in the absolute worst condition, but they worked a miracle. This company is honest and hard working. Highly recommend.

Offload Express performed an excellent job of trimming back bushes and spreading lava rock on May 18-19. Brandy and her two brothers were great to work with. They listened to what I wanted and even made it better than I expected. A ++ work. I am going to use then again to trim up some other bushes and trim back tree branches. Here are before and after photos.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you schedule reoccurring services with me, I give discounts, I’m not out here trying to get rich, just trying to get by, and help people in need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identify the Scope of the project, decide whether I’m a good fit and that my estimate is inside their budget, after that the work begins and hopefully a long lasting relationship can flourish!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I drove a semi truck for 8 years, and really didn’t like it much, decided to take a leap and give it a try. Hopefully It works out so I don’t have to go back to it.
I’ve been a hands on “tomboy” my entire life and I love the outdoors, helping people and being someone people can trust and rely on in a world full of opportunists and scammers.
