I researched a few businesses that performed in house cooking classes and J&C Culinary always had the best reviews. I contacted Joseph and he quickly answered all my questions about a class for seven ladies including my wife. End result, all of the ladies had a great time. Comments from the group... he was professional, courteous, funny and made some great food for the ladies. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him 100% based off of the compliments I got for setting up the surprise evening for my wife and her girlfriends.

Joseph Allison helped us develop and revise four recipes for healthier and better tasting products. We held the workshop at our location. He was prompt and finished the training and taste testing workshop in three hours. He was efficient, informative, and pleasant to work with.

I can't even begin to describe the WONDERFUL experience we had last night. Chef Joseph Allison came into my home and prepared a meal for our special guests. He arrived promptly and immediately got to work. We had cocktails and an appetizer to start the evening while we mingled and greeted the guests to arrive.Chef Allison served us our starter salads with red onion, bacon lardons and a hard boiled egg tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette. Our main dish was Pan Seared Chicken, Garlic Roasted Potatoes and Sautéed Green Beans! Ending with an amazing dessert of Chocolate Ganache! Everything was mouth watering! Chef Allison I THANK YOU for making the night memorable and an ever lasting memory in my heart! I'm already plotting the next dinner party! If you are looking for a wonderful chef to come into your home and prepare your next dinner party or whatever.... Call Chef Joseph Allison!!
