I had Joseph come over to make a birthday dinner for my wife and me consisting of oysters on the half shell, surf and turf (filet and scallops), risotto, and a vegetable medley. It was a great experience... and the food was... wow! Joseph was well prepared, had everything ready to be cooked, was enjoyable to interact with, and did a great job.

I researched a few businesses that performed in house cooking classes and J&C Culinary always had the best reviews. I contacted Joseph and he quickly answered all my questions about a class for seven ladies including my wife. End result, all of the ladies had a great time. Comments from the group... he was professional, courteous, funny and made some great food for the ladies. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him 100% based off of the compliments I got for setting up the surprise evening for my wife and her girlfriends.
