- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing and fees vary on the day of week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we charge our "weekend rate," a small upcharge due to increased demand. We charge per hour on local moves, so you only pay for how long your move actually takes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer will need to call in to either schedule an estimate, or receive a phone estimate. This ensures that both parties understand the expectations of each other. We will want to figure out what items we will be moving, the locations of pickup/drop-off, and discuss billing. Our phone number is 1-888-218-MOVE (6683)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have undergone training on proper ways to move. You can find many of our training videos on Youtube by simply searching Here to There Movers.
