FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's really hard to standardize a job. There could be hazards unknown from pictures like power lines, fences, and also the scope of the work changes with the ability or inability to easy access. This again is why I like to meet with my customers face to face.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and meet all customers. This gives us a chance to introduce myself, but most importantly I can go over all objectives of the job and look at ways to save on cost or provide additional support to help them with a future project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There really isn't much schooling for this type of work. You learn by apprenticing under qualified skilled people and then taking what you have learned and applying it to your jobs. Also, I have the professional background in management, and bring that to every job, which shows when my customers tell us how we compare to the competition.
