- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First an email encounter to get a rough idea of the project. Then Schedule a phone interview to clear anything up or to ask any questions and make an appointment as to when to come out to the project site to gather information. Take that information back to the shop write up an itemized bid and take it to the customer,and go over any questions they may have. Leave them our contact information and hope to hear from them soon.
