FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clean Collection offers free, no-obligation estimates to all prospective clients. Because every home or business is different, final pricing depends on the size of the space, the level of cleaning requested (regular maintenance vs. deep clean vs. move in/out), and frequency (one-time vs. recurring). There are no hidden consultation or quote fees — you only pay when the actual cleaning service is delivered. If customers schedule recurring service (weekly, biweekly, monthly), we can often work out a more cost-effective plan than for standalone cleans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact & free quote — Client reaches out (phone or website form), and we gather basic information (type of service needed, size of space, special requests). Walk-through or assessment (if needed) — For larger or more complex spaces, we may ask to visit or have the client provide details so we can tailor the service appropriately. Proposal of cleaning plan & schedule — Based on client needs: regular maintenance (weekly/biweekly/monthly), a one-time deep clean, or move in/out cleaning. Service delivery by trained, professional staff — We perform the cleaning using environmentally conscious methods and aim for thoroughness in every corner. Follow-up and satisfaction check — We welcome feedback and can provide references from past clients if requested. If recurring service — Establish a regular schedule, with flexibility to adjust as needed by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
