Introduction: We offer personal and professional coaching to ensure women reach their fullest potential by cultivating a complete life change. We are dedicated to helping women who have experienced past child abuse, domestic violence, incarceration, addiction, and/or sex trafficking evolve through their pains into the empowered women God intended.
We offer:
- F.L.Y. (Fully Loving Yourself) individual coaching to help heal all past pains and discover true freedom
- F.L.I.G.H.T. School (Freedom/Love/Impact/Growing Pains/Honor/Tactical Battle Plans) -- 12 sessions focused on releasing past strongholds and declaring your purpose and passion in life
- W.I.N.G.S. -- a sisterhood committed to uniting our gifts and passion to reclaim the daughters of the kingdom, with continuing personal support and mentoring services to reach out to other women in the community
All services are available in person and/or via email/phone and Skype.

Professional healing and counseling that lasted for several years and I still seek Aubrey Lloyd's services when needed. I was impressed at how well she listened and really cared about what I needed. I think she is a definite need!
