Brian’s communication was fantastic and he was able to evaluate and repair the issue with my damaged garage door quickly and with ease. Additionally, I appreciated that he did not try to convince me that I required a new door or that I needed unnecessary repairs. The owner, Brian, could not have been more kind and responsive. The service was excellent and very competitively priced. I had previously used another garage door mechanic who was terrible, rude, tried repeatedly to sell me new equipment that was not necessary--a new motor, new springs, a new latch. That mechanic left black greasy fingerprints and hand prints on everything. He and his boss used telephone numbers without caller ID. They proved to be a real nightmare. Instead, Distinct Door Solutions, was like a dream come true.
