Frequently asked for my preference and only made suggestions if asked for. I believe he stayed longer to insure all was done satisfactory and everything worked well. Very pleasant easy to talk with, making sure that I new how to operate my new TV's. He respect my home prior to starting the project he returned to his vehicle to put on shoe covers. That was very respectful in my book. My home is my castle. I will request or refer his service again."See more
