Don sold our home in less than a week! The key for our quick sale was his expertise in the real estate field. He has been serving the Indianapolis area as a realtor for many years and that was definitely apparent as he helped us navigate the world of real estate and prepare our home for the market. He was thorough in walking through our home with us to give practical advice on what we needed to ...do to put the house on the market and sell quickly! After deciding to sell my first house of 25 years and learning that you can sell to investors while staying in the house and renting it for even as long as a year and possibly more before moving, I learned through Google that Don was an expert in these transactions. Then I read what great review he had, so I decided to go with him. After everything was completed, I can tell you that the reviews I read before starting were absolutely correct! Don took me through the whole process, showed me how to make my house presentable for showings by getting rid or hiding the personal clutter we all have, and the number of expected showings and his estimate of how many showings before an offer and the length of time for everything to be completed were surprisingly exactly as he estimated, which was great and satisfying for me, and I was just hoping for close ballpark estimates! I highly recommend Don to anyone. He will keep you informed, educated and always follows up through the process. Thank you!

We purchased a new home through another realtor, who didn’t seem to really care about our concerns. My son used Don to sell their home and buy a new one, so we went with Don on the sale of our current home. Don was very professional and helpful to us. His marketing skills are fabulous! We had already moved out of the current home and his photographer took excellent pictures. Still don’t know how they managed to get such a great overhead current shot of the property! Don was very helpful in giving suggestions for improvements. The house sold the first weekend it went up! The buyers backed out and the house sold again that weekend. Don stayed with us the whole way through the process. His knowledge of the area and experience was top notch! I would definitely recommend Don Harrington with ReMax for future buyers/sellers.

The buyers I represent pay nothing ($0). My fee is typically paid for my the seller. For sellers, the listing fee varies
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to have a face to face or over the phone time with them. I will asking them questions and listening to their needs so that I can determine the best way to service them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Real Estate business for over 24 years and property managing for 17 years. The situations and opportunities that those years have brought me is unmeasurable in my servicing a client in the best way that fits their needs.
