- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is message your back within the day that you message up to them set up a free on site estimate.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The most recent project we completed was a 4300 Sqft project. We replaced three separate roofs. Starting with the house roof, side garage roof, and a shed roof. This took about a day to complete.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If I were a customer I would take a walk around your house and think about stuff that you should move before we would start a job. We do tarp off garden beds around your house before we started. But stuff like statues, lights, glass objects and anything you think would break we suggest moving until the job is complete. Cars and any other vehicle as well. If you have any vehicle that will be exposed for the job we do highly recommend moving it as well if you are not going to be home. In some cases if you do have an open garage and you have too many things to move like motorcycles or an additional vehicles we will tarp that upon request.
