I had a problem with my furnace and I reached out to Nick based on previous reviews. I was pleasantly surprised that the reviews were true. Nick was easy to talk to and really seem to care about my project. But the best compliment I can give him is his honesty. Nick tried to resolve my issue doing what he thought would take care of the problem and also consulted the furnace manual but nothing worked. Rather than try to bluff his way through and possibly cause me more harm than good he stated that I would need to contact the person who actually installed the furnace. I admire honesty and will definitely reach out to Nick again in the future as he is a straight shooter.

Wonderful service! Thank you for showing up! We have been attempting to get someone over here for 4 weeks now! The guy we had from Lawn Starter kept rescheduling to the point our grass had become out of control! The next "pro" same thing, kept not showing up, from Lawn Starter. Finally, on Thumbtack Nick responded immediately, came when he said he would, and did an excellent job!!! Thank you so much!
