I had a major problem with my computers being on a home network. I called Paul and he came to my home at the time he said he would. he repaired my network on my pc's and they are working perfect i recomend Paul to everyone who needs an expert to do an experts job. thanks Paul

Paul Walters was a very knowledgeable and experienced technician. The first few fixes he tried didn't work, but he kept at it until he got it working - still in under an hour. He was also able to explain everything using non-techy language. Would definitely recommend him and will definitely call him back if I have another computer problem.

Excellent service, very knowledgable, and prompt response. Helped me out with a ssd install on my laptop that I was having problems with, gave me advice on best utilizing the device and even gave me recommendations for the future. And he is a great guy to boot. Would recommend to anyone who needed computer work done.

paul has always been a great guy, helping anyone he can. he cleaned up the crap that was slowing down my computers! (at a reasonable price!) he even came to pick them up and returned them, then explained to me what he did and how to avoid my problem in the future. will definately call him in the future when needed!

- What types of customers have you worked with?I perform a variety of service all hardware. Desktop repair such as power supplies, hard drives and so on. I also perform extensive network services. Installing wireless or wired routers, installing DSL or Cable broadband. Network drops server setups and administration to name a few. Managed Services is where we remote monitor your system or network to make sure you stay up 100% of the time. we offer offsite backups and remote support as well. Full office design installs and Administration is another aspect of service we offer. We are your one stop place for hardware and network support services.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?When goggling a computer professional please ask then for local names and references. Google is swamped with National providers who overcharge the end user than turn around and look for a local technician like myself and pays a fraction of what is charged. There are many competent local technicians that can do your service and repair for a better rate and a more friendlier experience than find the Nation "Geeks" or "Gurus" or whatever they go by. Buyer beware is the best advice i can give the end user. The first names on a Google search may not be "local" but will pretend to be. Ask questions
