- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my very best do give the lowest price I can to every customer taking all factors into consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will give a quote to the best of my ability with the provided information That quote will include my contact info and I encourage all customers to give me a call for the most accurate pricing. I usually bid per job, not per hour. If not contacted before the time of hire, I will call the customer and get as many details as possible and schedule a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my experience is work related from hands on projects.
