- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible depending on the type of coaching needed. The form and frequency of communication can also change pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start off with 1 free half-hour consultation to make sure it's a good fit and discuss programs. If all goes well, we can put you in a program best fit for you. This will most commonly include access to our activity app as well as weekly calls to make sure your making long lasting habitual lifestyle changes. Our activity app will allow your coach to schedule activities that will be sent right to your phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team of 6 coaches and therapists. Some are certified differently than others anywhere from IFC accreditations to psychology degrees.
