Talk to them about what they are wanting and expect. Give them a quote and go over payment. Then find the material they have described and show them. Do the work at a professional level and make customers happy. I include the customers in every step of process and just make them apart of it so I can hear there feed back.

yes, keep up on new ideas and ways, and take classes for plumbing and well pump classes.
