We are a small, Indianapolis based, Black Owned CPA firm with many years of accounting experience in many areas of accounting from audit to cost accounting.
We are two brothers who graduated from the Kelley School of Business with majors in Accounting and Finance/Operations. We have both public and corporate accounting experience and can use our professional experience along with our technical and CPA knowledge to help your business in whatever capacity you need. We offer the full accounting package for whatever stage your business is at. Whether that is business formation/set up, bookkeeping, tax filing and preparation, audit preparation, etc. We are eager to meet you and help your business grow whatever stage in the cycle you are at!

Niles really helped me this year with my taxes. I have never had my taxes done professionally, but they were a little more complicated this year, so I searched for a professional. He answered all of my questions so I wasn't in the dark and got my taxes done quickly and efficiently. It was very affordable compared to TurboTax and H&R Block, etc. I definitely recommend them! I will definitely be returning next year!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bookkeeping starts at $500/month. Tax Filings begins at $250 and can increase depending on the complexity of the return.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a consultation meeting where we will discuss your business and your accounting needs. I will set up your business in Quickbooks (if it isn't already). If you would like, we can set up weekly or monthly check-ins to review performance and look at the businesses strengths and weaknesses
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Niles: I am a licensed CPA and a 2017 graduate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington with a double major in Accounting and Operations Management. I began my career in general accounting in 2017 years and have had experience in various different areas of accounting.
Nick: I am a graduate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington with a double major in Accounting and Finance. My career began with E&Y in Audit. I have since moved into corporate accounting as the Assistant Controller at a rapidly growing start up
