Since 2006, when my twin brother and I started this company, our goal was to disrupt BIG corporate pest control and bring back customer service values as well as knowledge based pest control to clients. We have always focused on being a full-service pest control company. While we do trap and treat all sorts of pests, we also specialize in the repair of entry points, preventing pests from returning, as well as cleanup and disinfecting. We have innovative solutions, high-quality materials, and back all of our work with an industry-leading LIFETIME WARRANTY. While we do charge an inspection fee, that fee does go towards any work you have done with us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a full home inspection. From there we give a proposal to solve each homeowner's unique nuisance wildlife problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are highly trained through hours of on-site and classroom learning. We are certified through the State. NWCOA, and Ridge-Guard.
