William couldnt make it at the last minute and sent his colleague. Two gas burners on 6 burner stove were working but two made a clicking sound when on. First trip Theo said I needed a part, second trip he returned with part, said both were fixed but when I tested, only one was fixed, the other still made clicking sound. After trying again to fix,said he needed to leave and would come back another day. Third trip he pulled the stove out from the wall, scratched the floor and not only didnt fix the burner but now it doesnt ignite at all. He said just dont use that one. I have tried to contact William but no answer on phone, vm is full and hasnt answered my text.*Update - William has called me back but isnt willing to take responsibility for the technician he sent to my home. I have had another company come look at the stove and the burner has been damaged beyond repair! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY
