Hicks was nice, responsive, and thorough for the request needed! Thankfully I didn't have to get much work done (other than the service call payment) as the issue was a minor fix (circuit breaker needed reset). Would definitely book him again in future!!

We learned over the course of a few days that our ice maker was not bad, but instead had frozen-up not allowing it to make ice. We waited for the return visit on a Monday morning of our repairman who came with the new maker ready to install. He recommended we not install the new one, but instead wait until the old one does go bad. He will then come and install the new one.
