I had to reschedule last minute & he was understanding. He is also very professional & explained what was causing the problem with my dryer very well. He suggested other things I can do to get my dryer to last longer & keep me safe that I didn’t know I had to do. I appreciate that. Hopefully I don’t have any other issues with any other appliances but I would request him for service again if I did.

Tony is an excellent repairman. He responded quickly when I requested service through Thumbtack. He sent a text & let me know his availability. Tony was on time & thorough. He explained the issue I was having with the dishwasher & how to avoid the same problem in the future. The repair cost was very reasonable. He kept in communications with me when ordering the part needed to fix my dishwasher. As soon as the part was in, Tony called and arranged to complete the repair the same day. My dishwasher works now as it should.

Tony was great! He was out to inspect my dryer the same day on a Friday evening. He had to order parts for the repair, so he had to get them on Monday, and he was back on Tuesday. He is highly knowledgeable on how to repair the dryer and what typically breaks/needs to be repaired the most. After the repair and the parts were replaced, we put the dryer back together, and he left. Later that night, we heard the dryer making an unusual noise, so I reached out. Tony told me not to worry, and he stood behind his repair. He came out again, and we discovered it was a defective “new part.” Nothing that Tony could control, but he went above and beyond to fix it until it was right. I would highly recommend him. He is also certified in appliance repairs if you look at the pictures in his profile.
