FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard fan swap is $125 and includes removal, install, balancing, testing, and cleanup. I also provided a Multi-Fan discount of 2 fans and 3+ fans along with additional Add-On options such as Remote/Smart Fan pairing and Old Fan haul away. Installations in vaulted ceilings and stairwells also have additional rates because of the time it takes for safety clearance, set-up, and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, I respond quickly and ask for: 1.A photo of the existing ceiling fan A photo of the newly purchased replacement fan (or the box) The ceiling height and room location (standard, vaulted, stairwell, etc.) 2. Once I review the photos, I provide a flat-rate quote and available time slots. No surprises or hidden fees. 3. Before arrival, I confirm the new fan is onsite and ask that the area beneath the fan is cleared for safety and efficiency. 4. I carefully remove the old fan, install the new customer-provided fan using existing wiring, properly secure and balance it, test all functions, and clean up the workspace. Most swaps take about no more than 60 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work, professional mentorship, careful observation, and continued education — not guesswork. I focus only on ceiling fan replacement, which means I’m efficient, safety-minded, and fully prepared for the job.
