Mal responded to our request for work very quickly. He let us know when he was on his way to our home and arrived at the appointed time. He assessed the situation and tried a simpler solution to determine if parts needed to be replaced or not. We did not need the new parts after all and Mal only charged a very modest fee for solving our problem. We appreciate Mal’s honesty, customer-first attitude and strong work ethic.
