Mal took responded to my message quickly and worked with me to schedule the work. He communicated prior to arriving and was exactly on time. He did the work quickly, properly and transparently. Meaning he had to buy some extra parts once he started and he discussed it all with me prior. I had a wonderful conversation with him after the work was completed and I will definitely reach out to him in the future. A genuine professional and good honest person.
