Mal was excellent! I needed a drain tech immediately for a storm backup, and he was able to arrive quickly when other companies had scheduling issues. He cleared the blockage, and then stayed to make sure the water wasn’t just moving, but fully cleared and without further backup. He also clearly explained every step as he worked through the issue. Mal is awesome!
