Edit: I unfortunately assumed Bill fixed the drain pipe that busted during the water heater installation. Instead he shortened it, patched it and now it is too short to reach the floor drain under the stairs. I now need to replace the pipe and have a wet mess to deal with - I should have crawled and checked after he worked on it. I question his competence and intention. He did not make things right, he made things worse. Now I worry about the water heater installation, but It seems ok.
Bill did a great job installing a water heater for me. I ordered it and he picked it up, which was so helpful. There was a minor issue with a brittle pipe that cracked during install and Bill promptly fixed it. He made things right and was very profesional.

Zach Rotkin
Zach actually sent me an email on super bowl Sunday with an estimate and request for more information. My water heater had gone out and I'd had no water since Thursday....Monday morning Zach and I talked and he arrived promptly at 2 pm to install my new water heater. I was shown the receipts for everything and he charged me exactly what was agreed upon....which was $100 cheaper then the competition! Zach has a large stocked work truck, did not complain about needed to carry heavy things to my basement and hauled away the old water heater so I didn't have to deal with it.
I would definitely recommend Zach Rotkin and have already started on a list of repairs I'd like to have him do at a later date.

Then three days before my appointment, my old tankless water heater fully died. They responded the next day. Installation was seamless, efficient, knowledgeable, and clean.
