Great experience.
Had a visitor with a dog that ruined our carpet. Very responsive, professional and workmanship. Carpet was fixed with a remanent and looks like new.

I put my project request in via Thumbtack on a Wednesday morning because of David’s high rating. He responded within a few hours. He asked all the relevant questions over text and was super responsive. He was at the house bright and early on Thursday morning at 8:15 to verify all dimensions and work up a final quote on the spot. We ended up stretching the family room, and upstairs hallway that bled into the loft and master bedroom. He also deep cleaned all the carpet in the house, including first floor, second floor and basement. David’s been doing this a long time, and you can tell his high-level of expertise. The work was completed in about six hours from start to finish and communication was great throughout the process. He even took and shared pictures of progress along the way. Highly recommend David for any carpet needs. Would definitely use again!

Had my carpet stretched recently and the results were great. There were a bunch of wrinkles and loose spots before, but now it looks smooth and way better. He took his time and made sure it was done right. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. Definitely glad I had it done. would recommend if your carpet needs some fixing up.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Qualify the job if it needs a deep cleaning or regular clean. Walking through with the customer what needs to be done then giving them the best coupon available i have to fit there needs. Then i share with them what they can do to maintain there home carpet or upholstery cleaning needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years ago when i started i went to classes and IICRC. I worked for different companies to learn different phases of the trade llike Stanley steamer i picked up the basics of carpet cleaning. Rainbow international carpet dyeing and cleaning is where i really got going including there schooling in waco texas but i sub contracted for them doing apartments is where i developed my skills in every phase of the trade and there was some other companies that really fine tuned my experience in water damage, Stretching carpet, Dyeing carpets, spot dyeing. and even now i am always fine tuning my level of expertise 24 years later. I have found that the more i do the work myself the quality steys stronger rather then having someone else do the work.
