We just had pioneer for two rooms downstairs because our dog had an accident and we couldn't get the big name company we normally use on short notice. He did a great job--the carpet looks cleaner than it usually does and its pretty old carpet. The nap also seems like its raised more and it has stayed up now a week and a half later even after the heavy Christmas traffic in the family room. Plus, he only charged the 13X24 room as one room unlike the big name company that calls it two rooms. He took a long time to clean but i'm not complaining--that's why its so clean looking i guess. He even said he does not just rush through to get the job done but wants to do a good job--and he did. we will call Pioneer for the next carpet clean for sure, when we will get the newer carpet upstairs and on the stairs done.

He. Was here on time cleaned large family room and long hall, area rug in,dining room and 2 bedrooms. He got out large old stain and the room carpet looked like new. I'm very happy with his service and he was more than reasonable.
