The Staff was friendly and very professional. They were attentive to ensuring that my furniture was clean, and moved back to the proper place. I will definitely hire them again, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their furniture or carpet cleaned for a very reasonable rate.

First let me say that I waited until a week before the Christmas party at my home before deciding to have my house cleaned. I was shocked Servicemaxx was more than accomodating to my schedule and were there within a few days! I purchased 4 hours and to be honest - I wasn't sure how much of my 1800 sq ft home could be done by 4 people in an hour, but WOW! These gals worked circles around anyone I've seen. I initially made a list (kitchen, 2 bathrooms, dust and clean cobwebs) to make sure THOSE things were done for my upcoming Christmas party. They not only knocked out the items on my list, but they also mopped, vacuumed, wiped down my cabinets and took out the trash! I will probably be hiring them every couple of months just to maintain the house as it was when they left. It's a great price and quality that can't be beat. I'm more than happy with my service. The girls were on time (I was a few min late!), gracious and personable. My first time hiring a cleaning crew couldn't have gone any better. Thank you, Johnny Riddle, the girls who cleaned my home and Servicemaxx for a job well done!

Excellent work I had a tear in my carpet he took a piece of carpet out of my closet and repaired it looks great does an excellent job cleaning furniture also he was here on time and gave great pointers that i didn't know.

Wonderful! They were prompt, courteous, very professional. We had a bright pink stain on a white carpet that I've tried just about everything on to no avail. Johny was able to spot treat it and it came up! Same with a coffee stain. Our carpet hasn't looked this good since it was brand new! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Yes we do a continuing education class to maintain the IICRC certification.
What types of customers have you worked with?
mostly carpets and rugs, but we also clean upholstery and tile.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is that carpet manufacturers voids the warranty of new carpet if it is not cleaned using a hot water extraction method.
