Introduction: Every event is unique, so we create a custom menu and schedule, which we will forward for your approval. Once a plan is agreed upon, we will shop for the freshest, local ingredients for your menu. All meals will be prepared in your kitchen by your private chef for you and your guests. Before leaving, we will thoroughly clean and sanitize the working area, as well as packaging and labeling your meals.

Had a great experience w/ Carolina...she was prompt & very efficient. Food was fabulous! She made a Mediterranean dinner for 27 people...it was hot, tasty, and presented well. She cleaned up the kitchen to perfection and was out the door on time. Several people asked for her business card they were so impressed. She did a fabulous job and we will definitely use her again.
