Derek showed up within a few hours of us reaching out. He was professional and knew how to fix our problem. He explained it clearly and made us feel like he was working in our best interest. He even completed it in time that I could make it to work. Greatly appreciated. I didn’t need to sweat through two nights in a row. :)

I had been told by another company that I needed extensive, costly plumbing work done , which Derek was able to determine as unnecessary. He advised me what I needed to do if I have the same issue in the future. Prior to his visit, I was upset & freaking out about the damage that would happen if I had gone with the first assessment, and the cost involved. After Derek's assessment, it was like waking up from a nightmare. And he didn't charge me for coming here to take a look at it. Yes, definitely call these guys if you are having plumbing issues. Derek was fantastic to work with. He came out in less than 12 hours from me submitting the request on thumbtack. He communicated very well. He was patient and did not pressure any sale or upgrade. He gave me time to consider pricing options and get quotes from Lowe’s to compare. He got the job done same day and it was perfect. He was extremely kind and professional.
